**본 내용은 학부 지원자에게만 해당되는 내용으로, 대학원 지원자는 모집 요강을 확인 하시기 바랍니다.**

[국적 서류]

1. 일반

① 본인 및 부모의 신분증 또는 여권 사본

② 본인과 부모의 가족 관계를 증명하는 정부 발행 증명서 (Ex. 가족관계증명서, 출생증명서 등)

2. 한부모 가정인 경우

① 본인 및 부모의 신분증 또는 여권 사본

② 본인과 부모의 가족 관계를 증명하는 정부 발행 증명서 (Ex. 가족관계증명서, 출생증명서 등)

③ 정부 발행 한부모 증명서

3. 이혼한 경우

3-1 부모님이 고등학교 입학 전 이혼 후, 재혼하지 않은 경우

① 본인 및 친권을 가지고 있는 어머니 또는 아버지의 신분증 또는 여권 사본

② 본인과 부모의 가족 관계를 증명하는 정부 발행 증명서 (Ex. 가족관계증명서, 출생증명서 등)

③ 이혼 증명서 (친권 관계 명시 자료)

3-2 부모님이 고등학교 입학 이후 이혼한 경우

① 본인 및 친생 부모의 신분증 또는 여권 사본

③ 이혼 증명서(선택)

3-3 이혼 후, 친권이 있는 어머니 또는 아버지가 한국인과 재혼한 경우

③ Divorce certificate (proof of custody)

3-2 If your parents divorced after your high school enrollment:

3-3 If the custodial parent, after the divorce, remarried a Korean national:

④ Documentation confirming the remarriage (e.g., marriage certificate)

4. Deceased Parents

③ Government-issued death certificates of your deceased parents (Exemption from submitting deceased parent’s identification)

[Educational Documents – Freshmen]

① High school enrollment, expected graduation, or graduation certificate

② High school transcripts for all grades

[Educational Documents - Transfer Students]

1. Community Colleges, Vocational Colleges

① Certificate of graduation or expected graduation from the previous institution

② Transcripts from the previous college

③ Proof of college’s required credit for graduation

2. 4-Year Universities

① Certificate of enrollment, expected graduation, or graduation from the previous university
